USB Device Not Recognized in Windows 10

Hi,

I have a Corsair 280x, and the left front USB port will just not work. (well most of the time). Every time I plug a keyboard/ mouse/ flashdrive into it, I get the same error "USB Device Not Recognized". I checked my USB connection to my mobo and everything is good, I have tried various tutorials on reinstalling drivers and what not but nothing works.

I should note, when I plug in things such as my Oculus Link cable, it works fine. If anyone has any clue on why this is happening I would appretiate the help.
