Comic Book Reader Software For Windows With Continuous Scrolling

I need a comic booke reader for windows that has continuous scrolling like a webpage instead of jumping from one page to another like most comic book readers. 

Anything other than comicrack. i hate that piece of garbage,

something like cdisplayex but with continuous scrolling (or if there is anyway to enable that on cdisplayex)

Calibres reader seems to work like that.
