New Headset.

Go to solution Solved by NannerBeans,

Yeah, if i cant find a fix for this one i have to get another one, this hissing sound just makes me go crazy <.<

EDIT: Is there a reason why the black version of the Siberia V2 series is 10€ cheaper then the other colors?

I'm guessing it's the terrible amp/dac that they have built into the headset. Going analog would be better. If you are looking for better sound quality a separate headphone and mic would usually be better but it's sometimes hard with euro prices.

I just bought the Razer Carcharias and im getting a constant hissing/buzzing noise whenever i plug in the usb cable, I bought this headset cause i had the previous version it i was really happy with it.

I looked around on google and found many different people with the same issue and no solutions.

I've tried using 2 different usb chargers and the usb charger for my tablet and i get the exact same sound.

Does anyone have a fix or should i send them back and get a different headset like the SteelSeries Siberia V2 7.1?

You would likely save money from doing so, it's a personal preference on what headset, some have better sound qualities than others. I'm not an audio pro so I can't exactly help you find the perfect hedset
