6900XT Red Devil and AW2721D hard stutters and black boxes flickers

Hello,

 

If I start games it stutters hard asf. Also I got black boxes flickers over my screen. If just use my second monitor, it works fine.
Even if I turn off adaptive sync in amd software and any other settings I got problems. Sometimes yes, sometimes not.
I just send my gpu back 3 weeks ago and they said it works perfectly on their system and their monitors. So I think its my monitor because of gsync, but I saw people using the same setup and it works fine..
Idk what to do.. Should I sell my monitor? Or could it really be a other hardware problem like RAM? Idk..
