Question RTX 2080TI undervolting

Hi guys,
due to the actual situation with GPU´s after several years with my GPU overclocked I wanted to do undervolting. For some reason now my GPU is now stuck with a fixed with the same Clock and Voltage and doesnt want to clock down to 2D clocks. And no i didnt force suatined voltage. Im using afterburner and my card is an MSI Seahawk.

Stuck at what clocks? How did you undervolt?

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

At the moment is stuck at 1.0 volt and 2070 mhz. I undervolt moving the curve. My english is not really good.

Your MSI 2080 ti is still under warranty. So why not RMA it?
