Good APU with good thermals?

I'm looking to make an extreme SFF case and with the little room I have I'm concerned about thermals, especially on the CPU. I want something that can emulate well ( I own physicals of what I emulate ) but still keep cool. I was thinking something modern with 6-cores so I was considering the i5-11400, but I've heard that thermals with this new Intel gen aren't to be taken lightly. Also looking to get an APU instead of a CPU so I can wait out the scalpers.

What type of case are you thinking of?

I'm actually using an old PS2 that I had as a kid. The link helped though, since I can't find any Ryzen with graphics in stock it pretty much boiled down to i3-10100, i5-10400, and the 11400. And since it looks like similar enough power i3 I might take a chance on the 11400
