Get a better board or a FX6300 (95W).

Yea I saw a guy on reddit with the same issue a few months back and that was the problem as he was using FX4170 + same board.

its a 83xx wih 2 cores turned of i think so how can it use the same power?

Also 4130 is Zambezi and 83xx is Vishera. Don't know how much of a difference that makes though. The 4350 is Vishera too and it's a 125watt cpu. Maybe the lower bins are more power hungry because of lower quality silicon.

The clock and voltage is aggressive on those chips which results in a higher tdp.

Bulldozer used more power/clock/voltage to begin with, and as said above the voltage is aggressive.

 

8350s will consume more power maxed out but typical load is about the same.
