What ram to get

So currently I have 3200mhz of crucial ballistix rgb ram 2x8gb kit and the MOD software sucks and works so poorly that I’m gonna return them to micro center. The question is for 110$ Do I get Corsair vengeance pro rgb or trident z rgb both the same price and speeds. What’s overall better, has better support, better software, and overall looks the best with design and rgb. Also I have mystic light and NZXT cam software running for rgb lighting for case lights and fan aswell as the motherboard so if the rams software still works with those running or will run on the software i listed that would be great to know. TIA

Both have good support, looks are subjective. Corsair's ecosystem is closed from the outside but they support some parts outside their ecosystem including Gskill sticks and Gskill's software isnt built to support much outside of their own products.

That is going to be troublesome. I never recommend running more than 1 at a time, especially since all of them take away some performance of the system on their own and they add up.

Both those rams at the exact same timing, speed will have minimal to no difference in terms of performance. Overclocking with both is a hit or miss because of how unstable, unsafe, as well as how long it would take to find a good overclock. No clue what CPU you're running anyways but I run a 10700k and a ryzen 5900x and the only real difference is from AMD, in fact with Intel think I remember seeing a 1fps raise on warzone which has a ton of CPU usage but its not a good statistical difference to say anything fo the least. While on AMD i saw like a 4-7 fps raise which isn't much anyways for me.

I have both corsair and G.skill , have overclocked both and then reverted those overclocks back to normal with exact same configs and its not statistically different at all between AMD or intel for the same configs.

In terms of rgb software, both are good, really they are different brand so it has different ways of using them. You can also change the color of ram in your motherboard BIOS.

So TLDR: Pick whichever one looks the best as looks are subjective to each person as said by Jurrino as well.

Also uninstall Mystic light, that software is trash and can mess up tons of SDK's.

I have a msi z490 gaming edge wifi which has rgb built in and was using mystic light for the software, and the cam software was for my case fans and rgb strips. Also I’m using a 10600k so with that any suggestions on software for all that.
