970 evo 500 plus problem

Hey , i bought ssd 970 evo plus 1 week ago   but it keeps disconnecting  when i play a game or i start copy paste i file into it , then i tried to install a windows 10 it works normally until i start a game i tried 4 games on it all of them keeps crashing :v 
so anyone can tell me what to do with it :-: oh btw i have last update for bios :old-sad:

 

my motherboard is z270 gaming 3

3A = 58 error log entries. Might be nothing, might have info for you. Best way to check those is unfortunately with bootable Linux or Parted Magic using nvme-cli (nvme error-log <device>).
