I recently got my first ever computer monitor and I've been having an issue where if the power cord isn't in tight enough it'll simply turn off. The thing is however is that the cord doesn't stay in tight enough. I have tried using other cables but still had the same issue. So the next thing I tried was using electrical tape around the head of the cord it make it tighter. That helped a little bit, but sadly the issue remains. If anyone knows a solution or a thought on how to fix please let me know.

What kind of power cable?

you can slightly bend the inside copper connector so it will have better contact with the cable.

Idk what kind of power connector it is. It's a cable with three slices on the head so the connectors in the monitor can go in. I don't really want to try bending the connectors if I can avoid it because I don't want to accidentally break it.
