0xc000000f Not able to boot into windows

I may have accidently deleted my boot and recovery partition  and got this problem when i Was extending my ssd and hhd partitions and I cant boot into my recovery usb

If you cannot boot form your normal boot drive, you will HAVE to be able to boot from another device like USB.

In extreme case you could install windows on a drive in another pc then drop it in this one if the BIOS is not cooperating.

When the pc starts up can you see messages on the screen?
Like "Press DEL to enter setup" or "press F12 to choose boot-device" or anything of that kind?

You might need to set it that it will first look at the USB to boot.

I Did set it to do that but it doesnt work i set The usb as uefi but its still doesnt work

Did you make bootable USB yourself? Can you try to boot from it on another PC? What kind of motherboard do you have? Try different USB port. Some motherboard will boot only from USB 2.0 and won't boot from 3.0.

2 i cant i have one desktop and  2 laptops The problem is on the desktop 

Mother board is a Asus z series i dont remember The exact number

Laptop can bee booted from USB as well. How did you create the USB? Did you use this Windows tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 or 3rd party software? When your PC boots up try to press F8 repeatedly, this should open boot menu. Can you see USB drive listed in that menu? If not your bootable USB drive was created incorrectly. Also  try to switch your boot method to "legacy" or "Bios" instead of UEFI in your Bios settings, this might help.

I understand, but you can try USB drive on your laptop to see if you can boot from it. If USB drive is bootable on laptop then we need to find out why it won't boot on desktop.

Its bootable i installed windows for a customer a week ago and I booted into it

I have now fixed it The problem apparently was that the bios was set to Raid  for some weird reason it was not on that before 

, but now everything works thanks for everything
