Help me identify this PSU buzzing noise

AliHD

Hello everyone,

I have bought a PSU (EVGA SUPERNOVA G5 650W) as part of a combo. Due to international shipping rates It was not worth it for me to send it back for an RMA. The power supply works perfectly, it's just a noise issue. Makes noise with no load and loud noise when in load(especially moving the mouse around the screen)

Since RMA is not worth it for me I decided to open it up and identify where the sound is coming from, after that maybe I can apply some hot glue on the noise and fix it. Like this video Here

Well I couldn't tell where its coming from, I rolled up a paper and put it in all the coils I can see but I can't hear anything louder than the other. Sounds like the noise is coming from the board itself.

It got me thinking, I thought it was coil whine, where visible coils vibrates and create this noise but I know many people have coil whine in GPU's and I can't see any big coils on the GPU itself 😐

Here is my video recording of the noise. https://youtu.be/5nzPe3AF5Es
