Gpu Type

So i asked a friend what type of graphics card he has he said he has a 1060 currently and an unknown amd gpu thats been siting in a box i told him to send the picturs of the sides and tags and due to my research i cant tell if its either a R7 265 Royal Queen or a R9 280 RQ i searched up the S/N info nothing came back, i searched up the CGAX-R72656F i found it but not sure if its the right one because since this one has a VGA port im not sure if it was the right one since the picture showed an HDMI, display port and DVI.

Google sure seems to say that that's a R7 265 2GB - model, but that VGA - port looks like it doesn't belong there. Maybe it's some sort of an OEM - model or something? I have no idea how OEM - models of old Radeons look like since I use NVIDIA - cards.
