Issues with Commander Pro. DOA Possible?

So Ive got everything built finally in my system. Im running 9 fans all hooked up to the Cpro. I boot up for the first time and all the rgb comes on but fans dont spin. So I shut it off and swapped the CPU cooler fans to the mobo so I can do the install. I did this just to see if I needed the software for the cpro before it would activate the fans. Well I got the software installed and it doesnt even recognize the cpro or any of the fans ( Corsair LL120). Is the Cpro DOA or is therre something im not doing right? Ive got the Cpro ran to the USB header to the mobo and to SATA cable. Ive tried different SATA cables and same thing.

Commander pro is a pretty staight foward setup. Show me pics that everything is in order.
