My FPS stream went drop when cut scene for Resident Evil Village

Hi , just wan to ask 
 

im streaming the latest game Resident Evil village at youtube 

but when theres a cut scene, my fps stream drop but my game is completely fine (smoothly no fps drop).

im streaming using obs streamlabs, is there any way that i can fix this issue ?

 

Here is my PC specs :

i9 10900K

RTX 3080
32GB RAM 3200Mhz
750W 80+ Gold PSU

I have the same thing. Some locations in the game just make the stream fps drop while the game itself runs smoothly. Have you managed to resolve this?
