Hi!

I'm at my cousin's place and his computer has this wierd thing. When you press delete it gives this out: "/" and opens the Windows Help Center. When you press the arrow keys it opens the calculator and gives out random letters/numbers and sometimes even turns caps lock on.

Do you have an idea for what this might be?

Thanks!

I did that already and it didn't work...

Do you know of a way to re-map the keys inside of Windows? I know that when I used a MAC quite awhile ago I stumbled upon a setting where I could change what all the keys did (oh how much fun I had messing with the teacher doing that.) so maybe there is something like that inside of Windows.

Still no luck...  :(

I tried doing what @GingerbreadPK said but it didn't work. I'm thinking that somewhere deep inside Windows settings someone linked those keys to something else.

Do you have any suggestions?

Is it possible to do a fresh install? Also is it only the specific keyboard or do other keyboards do it as well?

I don't know, maybe I'll tell him to, but I need to talk to him. It's a laptop and he doesn't have another keyboard. Fresh install seems like a good solution.
