Hello.  

 

I've already contacted support about this and will see what they say.  I was curious if anyone has had a similar experience and what the result was.  I ordered a desk mat when I saw they were back in stock.  I finally received a desk mat yesterday......but not the one I ordered.  (sad face) ...  I ordered a 900x500 and received a 900x400.  

 

How do they handle stuff like this?  I would hope they'll get the correct one out to me asap, but its been nearly 24 hours since I emailed them about it and have heard nothing except the standard, we got your email, response....

 

I' hopeful that they're not going to make me send back the wrong one, wait for them to get it and verify, THEN send me the correct one.....

 

Also, hopefully they still have the item I ordered, as I see the size I ordered is now out of stock.  😞

Mistakes happen, in every supply chain. It comes down to how many people are handling how many orders, and what style inventory and order system they have. Like I have received wrong products from big vendors as well as "one man" operations.

 

Here, there could be just mislabel/misread/typo. It could also be that when items are gathered, someone else's order was in same pile, and since the difference is so small, the products were just mixed.

 

In some cases, like with shirts, the store has given the mixed product for free, sending the correct on them. So wait and see. The support for the store is currently under heavy fire from Verified Actual Gamer and restock of deskpads. It might take while for them to reply.
