As it drys fully it will shrink but not get any more transparent. From my experience usually 3-4 coats are enough to hide the base color. I can still see black on the side and by the threads if you care about those spots

For anyone out there that has used plasti dip, is this layer thick enough? 5 thin coats btw. The paint is still wet and if it matters i can provide other pictures in a few min if you want
