Hi Woody,

To upload the dump files you will need to go into the mini dump files, select them and copy them to another part to your drive, then you will be able to copy them around, i would say however download blue screen viewer (its free) it will install and auto find all your dump files and show you a list of what the code for the blue screens are and even show you some of the offending drivers, i want to help you out, but on a chrome book i cant load the dump files, so i would ask can you install bluescreenviewer and then print screen it and send me a link, as that is the best way i can help you out right now, unless someone else in the forum would be able to help as well

Hope this helps

Have you tried turning it off and on?

Try using another video streaming site, so we'll know if it's only on youtube, or only when the video is shown via Flash player. Try Vimeo, Netflix, some pornographic sites have their own video player and/or Chrunchyroll.

So I can put anything here?

Its chrome....

Try other browser and also try turning off hardware acceleration on flash by rightclicking the video

E: Nvm, you already tried that.

Well I was wrong. Vimeo apperently uses flash player. Do you have any plugins that are made for youtube?

Try uninstalling google chrome, and inactivating all your addons.

Hi Woody,

Before you start uninstalling drivers and programs, can i ask that you use blue screen viewer and upload an image to either this site or imgur and link us there, as i have a few ideas in the back of my mind, and its no good uninstalling all of this if it is for example a timing problem with your RAM that youtube seems to provoke, or something else?

I only say this as i thought a while back i was having issues with my system for months i thought it was just windows playing up, turned out i had a bad stick of ram which would only fail after a few days straight and then work perfectly for a few more days.

Hi Woody, No problem, im happy to help.

Right then, that Ntoskrnl.exe is the windows kernal noticing a problem and shutting itself down, it will be the cause of 99% of blue screens, but it is not the offending program - it does however look like you have a few KMODE_EXCEPTIONS. Ill do a little research for you, i have had a few of them myself and if memory serves they are driver incompatibility, have you installed anything new to cause these blue screens?

For example did you install a new GPU and drivers and then a few days later these blue screens started or has this been on going since the install of windows?

Ill do some research too and get back to you :)

I think turning off adblock plus fixed the problem. i think it interfered with magic actions for youtube, ofcourse i need to try out for a longer time to see if the problem is really fixed

edit: turned them both back on and tried as hard as possible to get an blue screen but noting. the blue screen is very random and only seems to happen on youtube

edit2: also updated my killer e network driver maybe that fixed it

Hi Woody,

Well that could be a minor problem to start with as sometimes the installs can behave unpredictably, From a little research i would run things like Memtest and Prime 95 using 95% of your ram to make sure its not memory instability and clean install your video drivers also may not be a bad idea to double check to see if the same occurs viewing youtube videos within a different browser, for example firefox or if you can bring yourself to use it, internet explorer.

See how that works out for you.

Ps remember to run prime for as long as you can to ensure stable!

No problems with prime95

Run Memtest as that will allow you to completely isolate ram issues. i would then do a general sweep of all your drivers and as i said test youtube in another browser and see if this is again an isolated issue to chrome, see where you go from there :)
