So I have been seeing people connecting their monitors into one like one monitors is literally playing a game and the other has OBS and recording he gameplay on the other monitor.

And some streamer have a 2 pc's which is for playing some games and streaming, however they do this for max performance while streaming the gameplay at smooth and detail gameplay like 1080p 60fps without wasting a frame on recording on the gameplay. I want to know how they send that footage over to the other pc and get that done. Thanks!

just about all of them use a capture card: https://www.amazon.com.au/Elgato-superior-technology-hardware-encoding/dp/B014MQIVPS

for a more budget option, look for a USB 3 one. theres plenty on amazon. but do the research, never cheap out. What setup are you running?
