GPU related

I've been seeing prices of cpus with onboard video going up slightly.

I'm thinking of upgrading my Plex/HTPC server that has an F cpu but with a GT 730 (got for free 3 years ago) to a 10th or 11th Intel.  If I get another F cpu (save some money) and the gpu goes kaput, I'm screwed.  I'd have to spend $200 on a GT 710

Get a current igpu one. Helps with decoding. The 730 lacks certain hardware decoders for new media and thus would be worse off than current intel graphics.
