Trouble installing Samsung Notes on Windows

Hey there,

i somehow cant install Samsung Notes from the Windows store since it says "software requirements not met" although i do ?

i have enough ram and run the latest windows version ?

Or do i have to own a samsung laptop ?

Does anyone have any suggestions to help me out ?

Yeah I'm getting the same thing with version 1909 and 16GB memory. Though I think it has something to do with this app being for Samsung laptops only.
