To run a 2060 you'd need a new psu

2. You need to upgrade the power supply, the 290W PSU that comes with the mid tower (which is the one I hope you have) is just not enough for the setup you want.

You need a new or maybe more specifically add power supply...

Nothing fancy just 500w or even 450w that came from known brand either be well known or just generally have a good reputation is enough...
