need help recovering my backup

i have backed up my android data with dr fone but i didnt knew u can only backup with the free version and not restore it. i have found the .bak file but i dont know how to restore it in my phone  can someone help would be really appreciated i have very important things in my backup any help would be appreciated

Seems like the obvious way would be to get the non-free version of that app.

Yeah, I understand it sucks and yes, two months' salary is a lot of money, but...well, for one, I am not familiar with that app and secondly, even if I was, I have no idea how the backup-file has been constructed. There's no way for me to help you extract your files from it or anything.

i changed the extension to .zip it shows the files and everything i can extract it but the problem is getting it back in my phone
