Today when updating windows 10, windows update decided to corrupt the windows installation I was using and wipe another boot drive that had Ubuntu as well. I accidentally chose the wrong time zone and for some reason I cant change the system time zone because it says. It turns out there is a setting in the Local Group Policy that I need to change. For some reason I cant access that without adding the snap in Local Users and Groups in the MMC. For some reason I cant do that ether because it says "this snap in cant be used with this edition of windows 10." can someone help please.
