is 90+ degrees normal?

so i overclocked my 10700k to 5.1ghz all core with 1.310V core voltage, i have a deepcool assassin 3 and while running cinebench r20 gets high 80's and low 90's i just want to know if its good for an air cooler or bad 

Main:

  • CPU
    10700k 5ghz All core 47 ring ratio 1.275v
  • Motherboard
    MSI Z590 A Pro
  • RAM
    4x8 viper steel samsung bdie: 4200-17-17-30
  • GPU
    Gigabyte RTX 3080 Gaming Oc
  • Case
    O11 air mini
  • Storage
    970 Evo Plus 500gb OS, Sn550 1tb, 860 evo 500gb, 2tb MX500
  • PSU
    RM750x (2018)
  • Display(s)
    Acer Nitro vg272up, Kogan 24 1080 120hz
  • Cooling
    arctic 280aio, EK M.2 NVMe Heatsink on 970 evo plus
     
    Second: 
    Cpu: i5-8400
    Cooling: ID-Cooling Frostflow 120x
    Ram: 2x8gb 2666 c16 hyperx fury, tuned the absolute balls out of it but def not stehble.
    Mobo: Asus Prime H310M-K
    Gpu: Igpu
    Case: Coolermaster MB311L

Seems fine for that oc. What is your case? That cooler is decent. temps could be a little lover but low 90s are still "safe". I would try to lower the core voltage to achieve lower temps.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

my case h500 also if i try anything lower than 1.310 it just blue screens

That is the problem. That case has bad airflow. it is the Elite edition or just the normal one? Elite hasl ittle better airflow but still pretty bad.

its the h500 normal and have all fans at max its noth that loud i also have have an extra 200mm at the top and a noctua a12x15 at the back

is the mesh and while playing warzone it maxes out at 74 but it rarely goes up to that it averages at 60-64
