Thermal pad query

what should i look for when buying thermal pad?

I'm looking to replace the thermal pad on some of my GPUs

 

i know thickness matters, anything else, though?

im looking at this one specifically

Thickness seems to be the biggest issue. I've bought several thermal pads for testing and whatnot and never really saw much of a difference in brands (a few degrees tops under load)
