I've got a dell inspiron 7000 that won't boot up, at the beginning it would let give the dell logo when it tries to boot and them to the diagnostic tool, which indicated that there is a battery problem, though the charger is connected.

After the diagnosis, the laptop just fail to boot up, it would show blank screen and after few seconds it shutdown and automatically tries to go up again just so the same will happens.

When i disconnected the battery (and it stayed connected) it would happens exactly the same.

I tried to replace the RAM, disconnect the HDD, boot it with/without the battery when it's connected/disconnected to the charger. I even tried to disconnect and reconnecting the CMOS battery but no luck.

I'm kinda lost here.

Is there anyone here who has an idea for a solution?
