Ubuntu, Xubuntu 21.04 problem

I can't boot/install latest Ubuntu/Xubuntu 21.04 on my computer (grub register error). I created Bootable USB. Previous version works.

This could be related:
 

Tried installing Ubuntu Server 21.04 and Kubuntu 21.04 on Macmini5,2 (2011 Mac mini). No problem booting the USB or during installation of either but the machine freezes when when trying to boot from its EFI (right away, before grub menu, so no diagnostics).

 

I don’t think it’s related to 32bit vs 64bit UEFI since this version of mini is supposed to have 64bit uefi. But if anyone have any ideas on how to test it, please let me know, I’m a newbie.

 

Btw, Fedora 34 beta boots fine as well as Ubuntu 18.04 (bodhi 5.x distro).

It's working now. I download latest Rufus 3.14 Beta.
