I don't have a exact budget but I'll go with around 500$, prefer something lower than that (If it's not enough just say so), I'm in Serbia

Look for second hand setups. You are much better off with those but if you couldn't find a good second hand system:

CPU: Ryzen 3 3200g / Ryzen 5 3400g (comes with a cooler)

Motherboard: B450 (preferably with overclocking support) *Roam local shopping sites and find the one with the best price.

RAM: Get a 4GBx2 or 8GBx2 kit that again has the best price from your local shops

PSU: You could use your old power supply but I've never heard of that brand. So If you had some extra cash left you should roam your local websites and find some psu's with 80+Bronze rating and then consult this tier list:

Case: Again find something local that fits in your budget

Hard drive: You could carry your old hard drive into this system but I would get an 500gb SSD from a reputable brand like sandisk, samsung, etc.

Do keep in mind that you would need to play at a lower resolution than 1080p to play R6:S smoothly

Sorry if the list was a bit messy.

I don't know if this is the correct section, but I want to get a new cheap setup, I don't need ultra graphics settings, just something that can run a game like Rainbow Six Siege smoothly. (Currently streaming games over GeForce Now and have a small amount of input lag + can get laggy considering I am on 10MBPS)

Current specs:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 210

CPU: AMD Athlon X2 340

RAM: 4GB DDR3

Motherboard: MSI-FM2-A55M-E33

Hard Drive: TOSHIBA DT01ACA050 500GB

PSU: ZEUS Force 500W PSU (ZUS-FOR500S)
