Arctis 3 split audio issue

Go to solution Solved by Kanna,

okay so I did some more research and found what it did it is called "share jack" it makes you able to share the sound to another headset

I'm using my headphones with the cable plugged into the PC and a 3.5mm plugged into my phone but the sound is split between the ears for some reason and the one ear there is this like radio bad connection sound

You aren't supposed to connect them to 2 audio outputs at the same time.

But you are connected to the pc and phone at the same time right?

You are only supposed to have one input active at a time on the arctis. Either the steelseries cable or a 3.5mm jack. NOT both at the same time either plugged into the headset and then to nothing or plugged into the headset and connected to something.

but the same issue is occurring when I only use the 3.5mm cable into my phone (even tried PC)
