Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Looking at the Tech News subforum

 

What happened?

I saw that the "Bitcoin price drops by 10K" thread had 2 replies... and 0 views?

 

What did you expect to happen?

It to say 2 replies and 2 views (at least)

Any other relevant details:

I tried refreshing and it persisted, but once it was moved to the F@H, BOINC, and Coin Mining section its view count went up (to 23), see below:

i bet the update rate for the view count is much father apart vs the reply which is probably instant

This kind of thing is common. Probably related to caching and quirks of the forum software.

 

Sometimes when I'm on the main page I see a thread has a new post but when I click on it the post isn't there even if I refresh.
