Question regarding fans, headers, splitters, and current

digital_nothing

I'm planning a build with an MSI H510 PRO WIFI mobo which only has three fan headers: CPU, pump, and sys. I plan to use six fans in my case. According to the manual, the SYS_FAN1 header can support 1a max current and 12w max power. I want to use Cooler Master SickleFlow fans, which have a "rated current" of 0.15a, a "safety current" of 0.37a, and a power consumption of 1.8w. Looks like I'm well within the power limit, but I'm not at all sure what a "safety current" is. Basically, I'm asking can I use a 1-to-3 splitter to plug 3 of these fans into my SYS_FAN1 header? The fan pack comes with a 1-to-3 splitter, so I assume it should be ok, but I want to be absolutely sure.
