What's cheap varies depending on the person. What's your budget?

I'm looking to buy some cheap but pretty good computer speakers just to listen to like youtube videos and movies, but have decent bass. any suggestions?

bang for buck the trust tytan is awesome, take it from someone using a z623, it was my fathers bday present and they dont actually do too badly, its pretty much on par with the logitech z523 which is way more expensive.
