Welcome to the forum!

System specs?

If you don't tell us what other parts you have we can't really help you.

Have you tried basic troubleshooting? Reseating ram, differnt monitor/display cable checking board connections (CPU connector, MOBO connector ETC)

(reseating CPU)

Please give us the full speck of the rest of the system.

That light is the CPU debug light. If you have a ryzen 5000 series cpu it may be that the BIOS dont support it without a update

Yes I changed the ram position but nothing happens.

The mouse and keyboard is also not showing the light

But I did not touch the CPU and other things.
