Do I have problems with my GPU or CPU?

Ok, so I recently bought a game called Squad, it was going all good, until it started crashing a lot. I checked out with other people, and they told me that the game doesn't crash, and is going 60fps on their CPUs and GPUs, which were even worse than mine. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 1500X with 4 cores and 8 threads 3.5GHz. The GPU I'm using is and Nvidia GeForce GTX1050ti with 4gb of vram. I've got 16GB of ram, and a HDD with 1TB of space. I play on lowest possible graphics, and on 1080p resolution with 75% resolutiong scale. While playing I was watching graphs on the task manager, and i saw that i got around 30-50 % of usage of CPU with around 80-90 °C temperature, and around 70% usage of GPU on 70 °C.

I got this PC in 2016 or 2017, and never had any big problems with it. I guess the biggest problem is CPU overheating? I am not sure about that, i never changed the thermal paste, so I guess that is the problem. Im gonna need someone to help me, and tell me if I did guess right or not.
Thanks in advance 🙂

What monitoring apps did you use for this? Ryzen Master or something else?

But anyway, when does it immediately crash? During loading up a game or during in game?

I used Ryzen Master, and it crashes instantly on some bigger maps and servers with more people, and on others, it crashes while i am in a match.

Possibly either asset missing or driver instability. Reinstall your graphics driver and verify your game files. And thats pretty toasty CPU too.

Try 720p and check if it will crash there. Seen a lot of crashes thx to full VRAM and with 4GBs you are at the limit for 1080p.

Edit: i jsut now saw you have 90°C on the CPU. This isn't right. Take out the cooler clean it and apply new thermal paste. As a whole this system looks to be running really hot (GPU should also be in the low 60s, not 70s). Clean out the whole system.
