Trying to connect multiple monitors, isn’t working

So my system was running my 2070 super with only 1 hdmi port plugged into my main HP Omen monitor (the one in the picture currently not working). So what I am attempting to do is add a second monitor that only has hdmi so I switched my hdmi cord to it and plugged my main monitor in with display port. After doing this I get no display from my main just my secondary, both are on and working it’s just not receiving signal from the gpu. I’ll attach pictures to help.

Yes it is,

Does the display show up in Windows when you right click the desktop and select display settings?
Also, try clicking detect if it doesn't show right away.

It doesn’t, and when I click detect it gives the prompt shown in the picture

Ah right my mistake.

How about manually pushing the button on the monitor to switch inputs?

Can you confirm DP cable is working on another system? [just to rule out a cable issue]

Is DP the only other connection type available on your gpu?

If you have another hdmi or DVI port, try hooking them up instead [assuming the monitor has the connection]
