Not budget/the cheapest but the Sharkoon QuickStore are a solid option for 9€ and available in three colours. I advice against the silver/mirror colour as it attracts finger prints.

 

Side note: stay away from the cheapest enclosures which use plastic clips. It is a pain to open then again and not worth the 1-2€ they are cheaper.

There is a newer Version which is 6 GBit/s vs. the 3 GBit/s (which is still common for cheap enclosures) but I don't have the newer version.
I bought one with the clips (it works just fine but I regularly swap the drives so I don't like it). After that I went back to the mentioned above as it is very similar in price and satisfy my needs. One note after swapping drives a dozen of times the slider locking the cover in place get's a little lose. The cable has this wired angle to match the enclosure but you can use any USB 3.0 micro-b if you lose the original one.

 

Buying a random enclosure will work just fine (3GBit/s and limited to max. 2 TB) but I can't tell you anything about there build quality and ease of installation as I don't own them.

is there something a bit more exspenive that is kinda like a box that can store multiple drives that can plug into a pc
