Should I use static pressure or air flow optimized fans?

For cases like the obsidian 350d and nzxt h440 with the fans being choked up in the front, should I use static pressure or airflow optimized fans?

In this situation you could use either one and I don't think it would really make that big of a difference. The static pressure fans would be able to push the air through the HDD cages in the front a little more efficiently but the airflow fans would just bring in more air in general so up to you.

If it has to pass through more than just the case, use static pressure fans. They're also important for exhaust. Only use air flows when it's at, say, the bottom, top, or front of the case and aren't obstructed by drive cages/radiators/whatever.
