I have €200 to spend on upgrading my pc (9600k, z390 aorus pro, 16gb ddr4 3000mhz, 860 evo, 650w gold psu, 27gl850 1440p144hz monitor and a rtx 3070) I've been thinking about one of the following:

-upgrade to a 9700k or maybe 9900k

-upgrade storage to nvme, maybe a 970 evo plus

-upgrade to higher frequency ram, mayve some 3600.

What would you upgrade?

Save your money and upgrade later. For 200 there is not going to be that significant of an upgrade. Maybe more ram, but replacing an existing part for under 200 doesn't make sense.

You can probably just stick with the 9700k since you probably would not get much gain in gaming performance, unless you plan to do other things. You can upgrade your storage to NVMe but I think unless you are doing big file transfers you wouldn't really benefit. and for your RAM, you should just stick 3000 MHz bc intel doesnt benefit much with faster RAM. Just save your money

my recommendation is to get 2 more sticks of ram and just add it and with the extra buy an name drive for boot ( does not need to be big as that will cost more) but u should definitely double ur ram assuming that u have 4 DIMM slots and only 2 are being used rn
