Is there a program that allows me to reduce the volume on my microphone automatically at a certain decibel?

I get loud when playing video games either from rage or excitement and I feel like I'm blowing out all my friend's ear drums when I do so. Is there a program that allows me to make a volume cap on my microphone so it doesn't get too loud? I'm using a Blue Yeti microphone if that helps. Thanks in advance!

Adjust the input gain, either in windows or whatever program you use for chatting.
