Monitor Buttons Not Working

Hello Everyone, So I have a ASUS Monitor arguably an old one. It is the VE247h. Some of the Monitor buttons are not working. More specifically the (UP and Power Button). The Power button isn't an issue but since the up button is not working which is why I cant increase the settings (contrast, brightness etc.). is their anyway i can get them to work? The buttons are not pressing like they are stuck. Any help would be appreciated.
