AOC 2590G4 monitor best settings?

Pran

Hello,

Does anyone know the best settings for the AOC 2590G4 monitor? I just cannot find good settings online and the ones I use don't look that great.

It's a TN panel. So you can only do so much. But one thing to note is that monitor settings are not something you should just copy from someone else. The factory state of your monitor can vary A LOT from someone else with the exact same monitor. This means if you copy the color settings of a different monitor, your colors can be way off. You should take a screen as a reference (for example your phone if it looks like you want) and hold it next to your monitor and adjust the white point so it matches with your phone. But if the colors are just off, you can't really do anything about it other than a full calibration with a proper Colorimeter like a i1Display Pro, etc.

If you just bought it, i strongly recommend to return it and buy a AOC 24G2 instead. It costs the same but is better in almost any way possible.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
