HDMI Matrix / Switch @ 240hz

Hi there!

 

I'm looking at setting up my laptop and gaming PC to run alongside each other where I can switch out between the two on my four monitors.

 

However, my main issue currently is that I have one 240hz main monitor which I need to be able to switch between, but being able to maintain the 1080p@240hz refresh rate on my gaming PC.

 

I've looked at many hdmi matrices and I've seen many I believe with the bandwidth to support that, however all creators of them say they don't support 1080p@240hz

 

Any suggestions? Ideally looking for a 4x2 or 8x4 matrix, but any that support 240hz are within the realms of possibility. (Also I don't want to be spending thousands on it)

As you’ve already discovered there are no HDMI switches that support 240hz. But there are DisplayPort switches that do.
