Why do you have 2133MHz RAM for a Ryzen build?

Gateway VX900 CRT: 1600x1200@75Hz, 1200x900@100Hz, 960x720@120Hz (Can be pushed to 175Hz)

Not enough. 3600MHz is ideal. Anything lower than 3200MHz is going to severely limit performance. If your RAM is actually binned at 2133Mhz, you're not adding an extra GHz to that.

 

You can get a good 8GBx2 3600Mhz CL16 kit for under $100. Just upgrade.
