New Intel build advice

Other details: Hi Everyone, first time PC builder here looking for any tips or advice. I already have a 1660ti graphics card which I am going to use for the moment. My intention is to buy one of the latest cards when they become available for a reasonable price. I also have a crucial SSD listed below that I will be using for backup storage. Any advice is welcome. Interested to get thoughts on cooling as the case I have listed has 3 front fans for intake, I am putting an X63 radiator with fans on top to exhaust and there is a rear exhaust fan. Interested to see if this should be enough for now and a more powerful card in the future. Also any guidance on the motherboard is welcome. I wanted to make sure it has as many features as possible. Wondering am I overpaying for them? Thanks!
