Hey guys, I know this is a bit of a longshot, but this community is great, and so I figured I'd give it a try.

I have a chronic pain in my right elbow area that has been an issue for almost 10yrs now. It has been debilitating enough to cause me lost jobs, lost hours, loss of hobbies, such as gaming, and an overall degradation on my quality of life.

I have had xrays, ultrasounds, nerve tests, physiotherapy, massage therapy, MRI, and more. The tests always come back clean and don't show any serious problems.

I have an ergonomic workspace with monitors at eye level, an ergonomic chair [Steelcase Leap], and proper body positioning, according to guides I have read online.

I have noticed that the issue really flares up with mouse clicking, and not so much with the moving of the mouse.

I'm interested in finding a secondary device where I could use my opposite hand to do all the mouse clicking with. A simple type of device with two or three buttons for right/left mouse click, and maybe scroll, or back button.

Is anyone aware of such a thing?

I don't want to use a left handed mouse.

I still want to use my dominant hand for moving the mouse cursor around the screen.

I'm just looking for a small device with buttons I can assign to right/left mouse click etc.

You could potentially just get a wireless 10-key number pad and then remap the keys to left click / right click / other using autohotkey?

That's an interesting idea, and actually has me thinking about wireless presentation clickers.

That's definitely on the right track.

Kind of, but I don't want any scroll wheel or laser getting in the way, as I simply want to use it for buttons only.

I believe I'm going to look into the wireless keypad/presentation clicker.
