How tight should laptop screws be

Hi I have a ROG Zephyrus G gaming laptop, and I unscrewed the back side of it to clean some dust out and now I don’t know how tight the screws should be when I put it back together

They don't have a necessary "tightness" like bolts in a car or something do, just screw with a normal, manual screwdriver until it feels good.

Just hand tight with an appropriate screw driver. If you go too manly on the screws you can strip the metal inserts that are in the plastic.

So I should just tighten the screws all the way in ?

on a laptop, I'd just fingertip tighten a little, you don't need to torque them.  Remember the nut inserts are just held in by plastic.
