hi i have a issue, i recently got a rx570 and im currently testing it and most if not all games im testing 60fps or above but its as if the monitor is stuck at 30 fps as it doesnt look very much like the 60+fps even on just plain windows like the animations for open the start menu etc are not smooth like 60hz, it says it is, the monitor is set 59.4hz or something like that, any idea why it looks like its stuck to 30? with my old nvida gpu it was fine, i ran ddu so theres no nvida drivers left

After removing the Nvidia drivers you did install AMD ones, right?
