Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Schoolwork, Vidogames like fortnite, minecraft, valorant, some sim racing games, and streaming.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I would like to play at 240 fps smoothly. currently not paying much attention to peripherals.

You can get that similar RAM for a lot cheaper, maybe even some that are CL16 for the same price, and you can go cheaper on the AIO. Trust me, it is a fantastic high performance AIO and looks great, but it it a tad expensive. 

 

Additionally I have never ever heard of that brand of case fan. Unless someone else can vouch for them, I would suggest swapping them out with a different set. JayzTwoCents did a video not too long ago about a 5 or 6 pack, IDK, or high quality fans that are pretty cheap. But maybe his video made the price increase.

Unless I say I am speaking from experience or can confirm my expertise, assume it is an educated guess.

Also have a Alienware Alpha R1: i3-4170T, GTX 860M (≈ a 750 Ti). 2x4GB DDR3L-1600, Crucial MX500

Ok so I changed the ram to Crucial Ballistic 16gb DDR4 CL16 which reduces around 20 dollars. I saw the fans in a video of ed from techsource.
